Mrs. Laura Bertholdt, 80, formerly of Milwaukee, died early this morning at Meadow View Nursing Home, where she had been a resident for the last two years.
She moved to Sheboygan in 1976.
The former Laura L. LeBrun was born March 2, 1900, in Oconto, the daughter of the last Frederick and Hedwige (Carriveau) LeBrun. She attended public schools in Oconto.
She was married to Clarence Bertholdt on Oct. 18, 1922. Mr. Bertholdt died in 1975.
She was a member of St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, Sheboygan. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Muriel (John) Douville, Sheboygan; two grandchildren; one brother, Francis LeBrun of Oconto; and one sister, Mrs. Merle Van Wie of Green Bay. She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
