Martinsburg, W.Va. — Richard Carlisle Mejia, 55, of Wesley Village, Martinsburg, died Tuesday, Dec. 8, at his home.
Born in Washington, D.C., he was the son of Helen Mejia, of Washington, and the late Pedro Mejia.
He was a brick mason.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughter, Nicolete Noel Mejia of Reston, Va., and Linda Mejia of Sacramento, Calif.; two sons, Paul Franklin Long of Chantilly, Va., and Richard C. Mejia, Jr. of Hagerstown; two sisters, Louise Cannon of Rockville, Md., and Jean Mejia of Washington; and one grandchild.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Brown Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
