Linda was born on June 12, 1941 in Rapid City, SD to Alvin and Mable (Farris) Robertson. She grew up in Draper, SD and attended school in Draper and Chamberlain.
She was united in marriage to Fred Johnson on January 24, 1960 in Presho. Linda had many professions including: homemaker, hospital laundry service, waitress and janitorial services in a nursing home.
Linda enjoyed crocheting, doll making, angels, camping, coffee clutches, shopping, garage sales, visiting with people, bells and her family.
She is survived by her husband Fred Orville Johnson; children: Fred "Gene" Jonson of Highmore, SD, Brenda (Johnson) and Tom Van Dyne of Mayer, MN and Anna (Johnson) and Allen Humphrey of Bismarck, ND; grandchildren: Ronnie Machan, Sandi (Machan) and Dave Helm, Cody Humphrey, Travis Humphrey and Jaymes Marie Van Dyne; great-grandchildren: Aiden Machan and Cooper Machan; siblings: Joyce Nielsen, Chuck Robertson, Gwen Candee, LouAnn Bays and Penny Tobin. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
