Ina Brooks
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at Santa Clara Church of Christ in Eugene for Ina M. Brooks of Eugene, who died Dec. 5 of age-related causes. She was 98.
She was born Jan. 16, 1913, in Jay, Okla., to James and Minnie Pierce Bishop. She married Thomas Brooks in 1958 [sic] on the Oregon Coast. He died Nov. 23, 1979.
She was a homemaker and foster parent.
Survivors include a daughter, Billie Blanton of Springfield; a son, Jack Baird of Springfield; a sister, Oneta Carroll of Jay, Okla.; 12 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 24 great-great-grandchildren.
Private family burial will be at the Lorane IOOF Cemetery. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.

Ina Bishop married Elsworth Baird in about 1931 in Oklahoma. They had two children. A daughter Billie and a son Jack. They divorced.
On January 20, 1942 in McDonald County, Missouri Ina married Fred Cooper.
Then on August 8, 1957 at Seaside, Clatsop, Oregon, she married Thomas Joseph Brooks.
