Viunna R. Bryant, 72, of Hinton died Tuesday Jan. 22, 2008 in CAMC Memorial Divison in Charleston following a long illness.

Born November 12, 1935 at Blue Sulphur Springs she was the daughter of the late Jake and Bessie Dixon Bryant. She attended the Church of God.

She was preceded in death by two brothers; Albert and Plummer Bryant. Three sisters; Mabel Berry,Estie Tincher, and Fannie Bryant.

Survivors include one son John Douglas Bryant of Alderson. Three brothers; Luster Bryant of Gilbert, Lacy Bryant and wife Nancy of Sturthers, OH, and Maynard Bryant and wife Ruby Jo of Hinton. Three sisters; Nellie Tincher of Alderson, Barclay Bond of Palm Harbor, FL., and Lee Coy and husband Steve of Alderson.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday Jan. 25, 2008 at Pivont Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Phil Combs officiating. Burial will follow in Restwood Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be; Warren Gilpin, Mark Webb, Ray Beymer, Charles and Lloyd Tincher.
