LaVerne Louisa Sprick, 76, of Berger, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at her residence
Mrs. Sprick was born in Berger, Missouri on May 12, 1934, the daughter of the late Ferdinand and Hilda (Juedemann) Carl.
She was the widow of Victor Lee Walter Sprick. They were married September 7, 1968 at Berger, Missouri, he preceded her in death on February 8, 1999.
She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Berger, Missouri. She worked as a secretary for the Hermann United Methodist Church. She also was the Berger City Clerk for over 40 years and volunteered at the Gasconade County Historical Society. LaVerne is survived by a daugher Cindy Juergensmeyer & husband Dutch of Warrenton, two step-sons Larry Sprick of Orlando, Florida and Terry Sprick of Kansas City and a step-daugher LuAnn Sprick of Kansas City, a brother Joy Carl of Berger, a sister-in-law Helen Carl of Berger, two grandchildren Zane & Loren Juergensmeyer, a step grandchild Justin Sprick and by nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and by a brother Merlin Carl.
Funeral Services will be held at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 8th.
Visitation will be Friday 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri.
