and of the Allied Chemical & Dye Corp.
Surviving are his widow, the former Helen
Hamilton Campbell, daughter of Augustus
S. Campbell, Chicago; a daughter Mrs. Carol
Stutz of Los Angeles & and a son, Charles Ware
