Funeral services for James Weber Linn, Chicago, Illinois legislator, author and educator, were held in Cedarville cemetery this afternoon. Rev. Sidney Snow of Meadville House, Chicago, officiating. The body was interred in the Linn family lot. A committee of six members represented the Illinois legislature at the rites, and University of Chicago was represented by Dr. Frederic C. Woodward. The funeral party included the widow, and daughters and sons-in-law, and Eri Hulbert, nephew of Chicago, and Miss Mary Hulbert, niece, of Freeport. There were also a large number of friends of Mr. Linn from Chicago and from the east.
