Carl E. Alles of Saginaw passed away Tuesday, May 30, 1989, at St. Luke's Hospital. Age 79 years. He was born August 5, 1909 in Bach, Mich. He married Lillian A. Stahl June 24, 1932 in Saginaw. She survives him. He was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Prior to his retirement in 1965 he was employed by the Grey Iron Foundry in supervision for 38 years. Surviving besides his wife Lillian are one daughter, one son and their spouses, Sallyann and Gary Weess, Carl J. and Diana Alles, all of Saginaw; four grandchildren, Sandra and David Weess, Tammy Deisler and Jim Alles, all of Saginaw; three sisters, Katie Ruppel and Edna Hoffman, both of Saginaw; Molly Dehring, Pigeon, several nieces and nephews. Five sisters and two brothers have predeceased him...interment in Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery...
