Mrs. Blanche (Vincent) (Rowe) Mitchell of 19 Eugene Street died yesterday at St. John's Hospital. Mrs. Mitchell was born in Lowell, the daughter of the late Ernest and Annie (Drouin) Mitchell. She was the wife of the late Arthur J. Mitchell. Mrs. Mitchell was a member of St. Patrick's parish for many years prior to moving to the Sacred Heart parish. Before retiring, she was employed at the Veteran's Hospital in Bedford as a nurse's aid. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Hazel D. Rowe) Burns with whom she resided, a son, James F. Rowe of Colton California, a step-son, Donald Mitchell of Lowell, four sisters, Mrs. John (Alice) Looney of Lowell, Mrs. Ames (Beatrice) Carty of Ocean Side, Long Island, Mrs. Eva Crinquino of New York and Mrs. Swibert (Ida) Martel of Dracut; two brothers. Raymond Vincent of Florida and Walter Vincent of Tyngsboro; eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
