Asbury Park Press, Thursday February 8,1951:

"Charles R Jamison, 89, a resident for 47 years at 1309 Eleventh Avenue, Neptune, and for the past two years at 303 Hawthorne Avenue, Neptune, died Tuesday night. His wife was the late Lillie Hankins Jamison.
Mr Jamison was a retired carpenter and had lived in the Shore area since 1898. He was the son of the late John and Mary Jamison. Mr Jamison was a member of Tecumseh Tribe, Red Men and an exempt fireman of Uneeda Fire Company, both of Neptune. Surviving are four sons, Elwood Jamison, Metuchen; Raymond Jamison, Colonial Terrace; Burtis Jamison, Paterson, and Dr William F Jamison, Bradley Beach; a brother, Joshua M B Jamison, Neptune and six grandchildren.
Arrangements will be announced by the Bodine Funeral Home".
