OBIT: Funeral services for Marvin F. Johnson, 84, of Libertyville, formerly of Fox River Grove and Menominee, Mich., will be held at 7 p.m. today, at Burnett-Dane Funeral Home, 120 W. Park Ave. (Route 176), Libertyville {IL.}. Born Nov. 10, 1917, in Chicago, he passed away Saturday, March 2, 2002, at Winchester House. An Army veteran of World War II, Mr. Johnson had served in Europe and the Aleutian Islands. During his career he was employed as a department supervisor for Redmer & Sons in Franklin Park {IL.}, Aldo Controls in Crystal Lake {IL.} and M.J.R. Industries in Menominee {MI.}. Marvin was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Menominee {MI.}. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Pearl Johnson; wife, Anne Johnson, in 1983; and brother Herbert Johnson.
