Weirton--John Fisher Culler, 70, of 421 Thurman Avenue, a retired Weirton Steel Division employee, died at 5:10 a.m. today in Weirton General Hospital. Mr. Culler, a member of Weirton Steel 25 Year Club, retired in 1969 from the Steubenville Plant of Weirton Steel after 38 years of service. Mr. Culler was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel, in 1965. Born May 16, 1902, in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, Mr. Culler had resided in Weirton for 50 years.
He leaves one daughter, Mrs. Eleanor Drummonds of Pittsburgh; five brothers, Howard, Frank and Robert, all of Weirton, Kenny of New Castle, Pennsylvania, Herman Culler of Punta Gorda, Florida, and one grandchild. Friends may call at th Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home from 7-9 p.m., today and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday; services there Saturday, the Rev. Mr. Pelton Vandercoy; burial Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
