Mrs. Margaret D. On August 8, 1968, she was transferred to the Training Division as a Clerk Typist. She remained there for almost 5 years when she was given a lateral transfer within the Training Division as a Personal Secretary. On July 1, 1989, her job classification was changed to that of Public Affairs Assistant. She continued to climb the civilian ladder within the Saint Louis Police Department and was promoted yet again in her last assignment as an Administrative Clerk for the Public Affairs Division. When Mrs. Tuckey finally retired on September 1, 1990, she had completed 23 years, 6 months, and 12 days of faithful and dedicated service to the Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
