Mildred Underwood Sorensen, 76, of Springville, died Monday, January 15, 1990, at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, of a lingering illness.
She was born February 16, 1913, in Salem, to John Wesley and Lucinda Jane Hanks Underwood. She married Steel Howard Sorensen, February 21, 1936, in Provo. He died September 26. 1977.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Richard (Jacqueline) Card, Springville; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers.
