Services were held today at the Full Gospel Church for Hider William "Sub" Knight, 84, with Rev. Walter Cooksey officiating.

Burial followed at the Center Hill Cemetery.

Knight was a retired saw mill laborer and a member of the Full Gospel Church.
.
Survivors include his wife, Esther Knight of Oakhurst; two sons, Sub Junior Knight of Houston and Karley Wayne Knight of Oakhurst; four daughters, Earline Mehrkam, Marcelle Boney and Estelle Seelhurst, all of Houston and Faye Carolyn Beene of Largo, Fla.; two brothers, Clark Knight of Oakhurst and Claude Knight of Houston; four sisters, Fannie Mae Daniels and Alena Connors both of Houston, Jewel Vick of Conroe and Myrtle Lee Reed of Galveston; one sister-in-law, Pearl Helms of Houston; eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were, Charlie Barnes, Howard D. Boney, Fred Toole, Osie Staggs, Leonard Saladino, Larry Knight, Milton Knight and Walter Myers.

Funeral arrangements were handled by the Huntsville Funeral Home.
