Funeral services for Brian Maddox, 32, West Plains, Mo., will be held at 2:30 p.m., Monday, Nov. 28, 2011, at Carter Funeral Home Chapel in West Plains, with Pastor Donnie Finley officiating, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.
Brian was born the son of Robert Metz and Linda Maddox Hosentfeld, on April 14, 1979 in Dexter, Mo. and died Nov. 24, 2011 in West Plains.
He was united in marriage March 16, 2011, in West Plains, Mo. to Jennifer Herring.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Herring Maddox, of the family home in West Plains; his parents, Robert Metz, of Mammoth Springs, Ark., and Linda Maddox Hosentfeld, of Dexter, Mo.; by four children, Montana, Hope, Hailey and Heaven Morse; one sister, Heather Stieferman, and brother-in-law, Doug Martin, of Dudley, Mo.; and one brother, Darren Metz, wife, Shanna, of Dexter; six nieces, Hannah, Madison, Kaitlyn, Emily, Abbigal, and Shyann; two nephews, Austin and Caleb; maternal grandmother, Sheila Maddox Crippen, of Dexter; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Frank and Charlene Herring, of West Plains; his sister-in-law, Summer Babb, and husband, B.J., of Charleston, Mo.; and his brother-in-law, Adam Herring and wife, Rachel, of West Plains.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Tommy Maddox, and an aunt, Wanda Sanders.
Family visitation will be held Sunday, Nov. 27, 2011 from noon until 2 p.m. at Carter Funeral Home Chapel in West Plains.
Burial will be in Howell Memorial Park Cemetery, Howell County, Mo. under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains, Mo.
