Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Mildred Kelems; two sons, Danial Kelems and Tommy and his wife Denice Kelems; seven grandchildren, Ryan, Lindsey, Jennifer, Ashlyn, Leighton, Carson Kelems and a very special step grandchild Kim NgocLe; two special nieces, Jamie Baltzell and Felicia Martin and their children. All held a very special place in Bill's heart.
Bill would help anyone he could. A very special person has been taken to the Lord. The world lost a gift when he was taken. Bill made a gift of his body to medical science.
