Bob married Lucile D. Rankin and they had one child, Adele. My uncle Bob lived most of his married life in Taft, Ca. Uncle Bob and Aunt Lucile lived in a house originally owned by his parents at 722 N. Lincoln St. He loved to do puzzles and always had a puzzle going when I would go and visit him.

The picture to the left top is from Bob's parents, Nancy and Jesse's, 50th wedding anniversary. The photograph was taken in their daughter Lillian's living room in Arroyo Grande, Ca. Left to Right are Bob's sisters Beth Burns-Smith, Lillian Burns-Duffin, Thelma Burns-Mayhall, Bob and their parents Nancy and Jesse Burns. Bob is in the back. Bob did not like his picture taken and was always hiding behind something or someone.
