Roman Catholic Saint. Born into a well-off family he became first a lawyer, then a Capuchin monk. Killed by a mob while kneeling at the altar at the village of Seewis during the wars of the reformation. He became the first Capuchin to be beatified. Prayers to him are said to offer relief from headache. Only his skull (pictured) is in Feldkirch, the rest of his body being in Chur, Switzerland.
