Funeral services for Edison O. Dennis were held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 28, 1995 at Del City Church of Christ. The Reverand Judge N. Norris officiated. Place of interment was Sunny Lane Cemetery. Pallbearers: Don Dennis, Jr., Dion Dennis, Louis Dennis, Jr., Kevin Gentry and Brian Skinner. Honorary Pallbearers: Hillard Borchert, Elmer Cochran, Hubert Russelll, David Snow, Darrel Sullivan, Don Spears, Tom Poteet, Burton Parker and Rod Phillips. Arrangement by Bill Eisenhour Southeast Funeral Home, 5005 S.E. 29th Street.

E.O. Dennis of MWC, passed away July 24, 1995. He was born Oct 11, 1906, in Syre, OK, to JW and Elizabeth Dennis. He married Eunice Huff on Oct 2, 1929, in Hanford, CA, and came to MWC in 1951.
He was an Elder and charter member of the Del City Church of Christ and a Boy Scout pack leader. He was a pipeline welder and worked in 40 states and 3 counties.
He then worked 7 years for the Frist National Bank of OKC, where he retired in 1972.
