She was born Oct. 7, 1968, in Lewisburg, a daughter Park E. and Mary G. (Walter) Fultz, of McClure. On Sept. 9, 1989, she married Thomas S. Tice who survives.
Gloria was a 1986 graduate of West Snyder High School. She had been employed by the Middleburg Pharmacy and prior to that had worked at Hi-Li Corp., Penns Creek. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church, Kreamer. Gloria enjoyed cooking and collecting Boyd Bears, and enjoyed church league bowling.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by one sister, and brother-in-law, Michele L. and John Owens, of Beauford, S.C.; two brothers, Gary D. Fultz, of Port Trevorton. and Mark E. Fultz and his companion, Lori, of McClure; two nephews, Tyler and Taylor; and Lori's son, Jace.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Ashley in 1994, and one brother, Paul L. Fultz in 2003.
There will be a time of visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Hummel Funeral Home, 574 Hill St., Middleburg.
Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the Black Oak Ridge Cemetery, McClure.
A service to celebrate Gloria's homegoing will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Bible Baptist Church, Kreamer with Pastor Thomas Krampert and Pastor David Dressler, officiating.
A fellowship dinner will follow the service
