Rosetta Williams, 90, of Elgin died Sunday (Nov. 27, 2011) at her home.
She was born Nov. 29, 1920, in Broadlands, a daughter of John and Frances English-Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dr. Carrol Williams and one grandson, Parker Williams.
Survivors include one daughter, Carla (West Brown) of Elgin; one son, John (Jo) Williams of Woodstock; one grandson, Aaron Brown of Aurora and several nieces and nephews.
