Mary E. Templeman, this morning filed a bill of divorce against Vernon R. Templeman. They were married on December 26, 1894, and about January 1, 1897, the wife avers, the husband began to use intoxicating liquors and became addicted to habitual drunkenness.
The couple have two children, Mable, aged 12 years, and Franklin, aged 10 years. The wife, in her complaint says that on account of their tender years and the habits of their father, he is not fit to have their custody, so she asks that it be awarded to her during their minority.
