Louis Meyer

Louis Meyer, of 516 Reed Street, Plymouth, died of a heart attack while visiting his daughter at Grafton, Sunday, August 11.

Mr. Meyer was born July 15, 1877 in the Town of Grafton. He lived on a farm in Grafton until 1950, when he moved to Plymouth. He married Clara Schwengel in Grafton on May 4, 1910. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Plymouth.

He is survived by his wife and the following children: Esther Tischer, Edna Schaefer, Ruth Frederich, Linda Grisar, Fred and Walter Meyer. He is also survived by four sons-in-law, one daughter-in-law, fifteen grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Minnie Janke, five sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 14, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Grafton, from Mueller Funeral Home. Interment was in Lakefield Cemetery, Grafton. Pallbearers were Ray Krause, Reuben Kruke, William Janke, Ervin Mintzlaff, Armin Grisar and Carl Wagner.
