CABOOL, Mo. —

Tammy Jean Fleming, age 43, Cabool, Mo., passed away on Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, at her home.

She was born April 3, 1968, in Joplin, daughter of the late Bill Fleming and Josie Edwards Fleming.

Tammy is survived by 10 brothers and sisters, Danny Dudley, Linda Paxson, Rebecca Dover, Jim Fleming, Billy Fleming, Tina Biard, Jeff Fleming, David Fleming, Patty Scott and Brian Fleming; several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Charles "Charlie" Loftis, age 15, Cabool, passed away on Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, at his home.

Charlie was born Aug. 11, 1996, in Oklahoma City, Okla., son of the late Tammy J. Fleming and Jeff Loftis.

Charlie was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Josie Edwards Fleming.

He is survived by his father, Jeff Loftis; 10 aunts and uncles and many other relatives; the faculty, staff and students at the Cabool Middle School.

Memorial services will be Wednesday, Nov. 30, at 2 p.m. at Parker Mortuary Chapel. Inurnment of ashes will follow in Saginaw Cemetery.
