Services were Friday, June 9, at Kimbro Funeral Home in Marks with burial in Marks Cemetery. The Rev. Tim Mims of West Marks Baptist Church, where she was a member, officiated. Kimbro Funeral Home had charge.
Born October 23, 1923, in Sunflower County, she was a retired telephone operator. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Arnold Leath.
Survivors include a daughter, Pam Leath of Horn Lake; a son, Terry Brooks Leath, and wife, Billie, of Olive Branch; a sister, Willie Flanagan of Cocoa, FL; and two grandchildren, Tiffany Anderson of Memphis and Jennifer Conaway of Olive Branch.
The family has requested that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
