Roland John Herbold was born to Henry Fred and Hedwig Greiner Herbold. He was a life long member of Emanuel's Lutheran Church where he was baptized on September 30, 1922, confirmed on March 21, 1937 and married on January 4, 1946. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II. He will be remembered for serving the community for over three generations in the water well business. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Marvin H. Herbold and John H. Herbold.
