Her death occurred at the Baptist Hospital in Columbia after a short illness from a heart attack in her 70th year.
The services were conducted from the M. E. church by the Rev. A. M. Smith.
She is survived by two daughters, Miss Gertrude Strother, a teacher at Camden; Mrs. Dock Branch of Fort Hill, and one sister, Mrs. Richardson of California.
