Mrs. Mary B. Brown, 72, of 1272 South Grand Avenue W. was found dead at 4 p.m. Tuesday at her home.
Mrs. Brown was born at Pittsfield, the daughter of Hulbert and Ella Madison Bagly.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Robert E. Gillespie of Springfield, Mrs. John Blunt of Grosse Point Park, Mich., and Mrs. William Tinkham of Boston, Mass.; mother, Mrs. Jay Cheeseboro of Springfield and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Blessed Sacrament Church. Rev. Hugh Cassidy will officiate and burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
