CUMBERLAND, Md. - Benjamin L. Baker, 17 of Cumberland, died of a sudden illness Thursday, Jan. 27,1977 at his home.
He was the grandson of two Provo women.
Benjamin was born in Provo on July 24,1959, a son of Thomas C. and Glenice Lamb Baker.
He was a priest in the LDS Church, and played the piano and organ for the ward. He was a
student at Allegheny High School.
Survivors include his parents; three brothers and one sister, Dan, Nathan and Matthew Baker, all of Cumberland; Mrs. Clay (Cheryl Ann) Crockett, Phoenix; grandparents, Mrs. Beth Baker and Mrs. Reah Lamb, both of Provo; great grandparents, Mrs. Mary Ann Lamb, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Jennie Anderson, Fountain Green, Sanpete County.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Sunset Second Ward Chapel, 131 S. 1600 W., Provo. Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Berg Mortuary of Provo. Burial will be in Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
