Mrs. Clara Strong, 81, a former Ava resident, died in Wayne, Mich., Wednesday.
She was born in Ava March 4, 1882.
She was married to C. A. Ledbetter, who preceded her in death. She was married to William Reiman, who preceded her in death. She was later married to Henry Strong, who also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Strong was a member of the Methodist Church.
She leaves a son, Roy Ledbetter of Dearborn, Mich.; three grandchildren; and brothers, Sam Hiser of Ava and Claud Hiser of Murphysboro. Two sons and one daughter preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Wilson Funeral Home in Ava. Burial will be in Ava Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
