Mrs. Strong was a member of the Methodist Church.
She leaves a son, Roy Ledbetter of Dearborn, Mich.; three grandchildren; and brothers, Sam Hiser of Ava and Claud Hiser of Murphysboro. Two sons and one daughter preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Wilson Funeral Home in Ava. Burial will be in Ava Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
