Mrs. Emma Bell Ball, 76, of Elizabeth, died Saturday at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital in Parkersburg following an extended illness. Mrs. Ball was born in Wirt Coounty, a daughter of the late George B. and Ella Roach Law. She was a member of the Two Ripple Baptist Church. Surviving are a brother, Charles Law of Elizabeth; two sisters, Edna Brehn and Anna Chedester, both of Elizabeth; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orval Ball; and by two sons. Services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Two Ripple Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. Ezra Higgins officiated. Matheny-Mace Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
