Marjorie Boughton, 85, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 9, 2010.
She was at home, surrounded by family and loved ones.
She was born in Detroit Lakes, MN on October 9, 1924.
She has been a resident of Shasta County and a member of Neighborhood Church since 1961.
Marjorie enjoyed working for the Record Searchlight and made many life-long friends.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, John of 64 years.
Survived by five children, sons; John H. Boughton, Paul V. Boughton both of Redding, Mark R. Boughton and his wife Julie of Anderson, CA, daughters Ruth M. Hall and husband Jim of Vancouver, WA, Lois A. Frauen and husband Bill of Kalispell, MT, 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held Monday February 15th from 10-11:00 a.m.
Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. at McDonalds Funeral Chapel in Redding.
