Died – In Estherville, May 4th, 1892, Bridget Welch Maher, wife of Thomas Maher of High Lake township, aged 46 years. The deceased was born in Ireland and came to this country about the year 1868. Mrs. Maher has been a resident of Emmet County for about 23 years, was well known and highly respected and leaves a large circle of friends to mourn her loss. The family of the deceased have the sympathy of the entire community in their bereavement. The remains were taken to Emmetsburg where the funeral took place from the Catholic church Friday.
