Captain John Yate Robinson MC, North Staffordshire Regiment Adjt 7th Battalion. Son of Rev Edward Cecil and Edith Isabella Robinson (Nee Milner) of "Chadsmore", Orchard Road, Malvern, Worcestershire, England. John's brother was killed in action in Flanders on 26th April 1918 aged 31 and is commemorated on panel 160 of the Tyne Cot Memorial. he was in the Royal Army Medical Corps 1st/6th Battalion West Yorkshire Regiment Prince of Wales Own.
