Benjami Louis Smith, Jr., was born Oct. 23, 1917, departed this life Sunday, Dec. 15, 1918, age 1 year, 1 month and 22 days. He leaves a father, mother, three brothers and two sisters to mourn his death, besides many relatives and friends.
His little life was as the sunshine of our home and the joy of it shall go with us through the remainder of our days.
Thy will be done. Funeral services were held at Metzger Cemetery and burial made there tuesday. Rev. McNeely officiated.
We wish to thank all those who so kindly assisted us in the loss of our Darling Babe, and to Rev. McNeely for his words of comfort to the parents, brothers and sisters, and also those who brought flowers.
