Arthur Hogans, Jr., age 96, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida passed away Saturday, July 12, 2008 at the Chautauqua Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Arthur was born August 11, 1911 to the late Arthur Hogans, Sr. and Mary Siples Hogans. He was a life long resident of Walton County and was a member of Mount Olive Methodist Church.
Arthur is survived by a host of extended family and friends.
