Civil War Veteran: He enlisted on August 7, 1862 at Granville, New York and was mustered in to Company K, 123rd New York Infantry Regiment as a Private.
He was wounded on June 22, 1864 at Culp's Farm, Virginia and again on July 20, 1864 at Peach Tree Creek, Georgia.
He was mustered out on June 8, 1865 at Washington, DC.

Son of Ezra & Amanda Wright.
