Francesco was considered by many a very good Italian polo player, and his playing drew more and more attention to himself during the last years of the seventies. His real name was Francesco Antonelli Incalzi, his father was a general of the army and belonged to a noble Roman family, well-known in Rome. He studied law at University and became a lawyer, but he loved the world of the show business. Tall, blue eyes, fair hair and handsome, he worked as an actor in a lot of photostories produced by the Italian photostory producer named "Lancio", during the last years of the seventies. In fact, he took part in 207 photostories and become famous. He also played a role in the movie, "L'unica legge in cui credo", 1976. Unfortunately, his life got to an end in an afternoon of Sepetember 1980 during a polo game at the "Acqua Acetosa" polo field in Rome. His horse fell and Francesco fell too, badly. He was immediately taken to the hospital but, after an hour, he unfortunately died as a result of a fracture of his skull base.
