Ann J. Bue, 90, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. in Life Care Center of Michigan City.

There will be no visitation hours, cremation will take place and her intention of Mass will be held at the regular 5:00 pm Mass, Sunday, December 18, 2011 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 10th and Buffalo Streets, Michigan City with Rev. Walter Rakoczy, officiating. Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services of Michigan City.

She was born July 28, 1921 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Alexander & Anna (Teets) Pizarek. She was married for 34 years to William Bue, who preceded her in May of 2001. Surviving are 3 Sisters, Claire Ziomek, Helen Lansberg both of Michigan City, and Ruth Knoll of Laporte; Brother, Andrew Pizarek of San Jose, CA; Several Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews survive: She was preceded in death by Sister, Genevieve "Jenny" Pizarek, Brothers, Alexander and William Pizarek, Great-nephew, Adam Paul Schroeder, and Brother-in-law, John Ziomek.

Mrs. Bue was a former member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She was a Navy veteran of the Waves, and life member of the John Franklin Miller American Legion Swiat Post 451. She worked for over 20 years as a packing clerk for a Pharmaceutical Mfg. in Chicago. Mrs. Bue was an avid bowler and was a very social person, who enjoyed a good time with family and friends.
