He was born April 25, 1920, in Harper to William and Amy Pasco Jackson. On November 3, 1944, he married Virginia Ruth Holloway in Kerrville. Tony served in the Army Air Force as a staff sergeant during World War II. He was a car salesman and member of the Masonic Lodge in Center Point. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include daughters, Carol Sieverson of Center Point and Linda Moore of Kerrville; sister, LaVerne Grantham of Ingram; grandchildren, Jeff Bishop, Matt Bishop, Craig Bishop, Mark Milton, and Amanda Travis and great-grandchildren, Emily and Jackson Bishop, Brooke Milton, and Madeleine Travis.
He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Jackson on May 30, 2003.
A Masonic graveside service will be on Saturday, December 30, 2006, at 2 pm at Center Point Cemetery, officiated by the Rev Frankie Enloe.
