Member, Freemasons; Scottish Rite Masons; Royal Arch Masons; Knights Templar; Shriners; Order of the Eastern Star; White Shrine of Jerusalem. Died in Binghamton, Broome County, N.Y., May 12, 1938 (age 62 years, 97 days). Interment at Chenango Valley Cemetery, Binghamton, N.Y.
