The funeral of the late Jesse T. Boone occurred Sunday morning at 10:30 o'clock at Red Hill; being conducted by Rev. G. H. Devol and Rev. E. H. Waters. The obsequies were attended by a number of local people. The death of Mr. Boone was due to old age, he being seventy-six years old when the end came. He is survived by a wife, four daughters and two sons. He was a native of Harrison County and a veteran of the Civil War.
