Edna Marie Parrish 82 of Glasgow, KY died Monday November 21, 2011 at the NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. She was born in Jamestown, TN a daughter of the late Edgar J. and Eva Piercy Stinson. Mrs. Parrish was a homemaker and enjoyed scrapbooking. She was a member of the Trinity Church of the Nazarene in Glasgow.
She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, F. C. Parrish; 2 sons Freddie Parrish and wife Tamera of Glasgow and Charles Parrish and wife Linda of London, KY; a daughter Chandra Wesson and husband James of Rochester, New Hampshire; 7 grandchildren Chris (Rachel) Parrish, Shane (Dawn) Parrish and Jonathan Parrish all of Virginia; Dustin Perkins of Louisville, Summer (Chris) Childress of Glasgow and Adam Parrish and Aaron (Casey) Parrish both of Lexington, KY; 7 great-grandchildren; a brother Ernest Stinson of Xenia, OH and a sister Lois Garrett of Crossville, TN. She was preceded in death by a grandson Bradley Ray Perkins and two sisters.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday November 23, 2011 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens.
