Funeral rites for Joseph (Moses) Burris, 71-year-old retired stone quarry foreman, who died Friday in his home, Rt. 3, will be held at 2 PM Monday in the Clear Creek Christian Church. Rev. F. E. McDonald of Bedford and Rev. Roscoe Russell of the South Side Church of Bloomington will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the Harrodsburg Cemetery.
Mr. Burris suffered a heart attack Thursday and died early Friday morning. His wife, Mrs. Irene Burris, was with him at the time of his death.
