Mr. Jerry L. Hart, age 69 passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at Heritage Medical Center in Shelbyville.
He is a native of Bedford County and the son of the late Don Hart and Vera Rowe Hart.
He is survived by his cousin Elaine Melson and her husband Thomas.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister: Sandra Hart.
Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. at Gowen-Smith Chapel.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Gowen-Smith with Bro. Jay Pope officiating.
Burial will follow in Willow Mount Cemetery in Shelbyville.
