Fredrick Funeral
Webb City, Mο., Feb 3:-Funeral services, for Bert Fredrick, 66 years old; who died at his hone in Oronogo. Monday afternοοn, will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon in the funeral chapel of the Johnston-Ärnce-Simpson mortuary. The Rev. Ted Eden of Baxter Springs will οfficiate. Burial will be in Sherwood cemetery, northwest of Joplin.

Heart Attack Fatal Το Bert Fredrick
Webb City, Mo., Feb. 1. — Bert Fredrick, 66 years old, night watchman for the Bushman Construction Company of Joplin, died unexpectedly after suffering a heart attack at 4:45 o'clock Monday afternoon at his home in Oronogo. He was a member of the I. O. O. F. and Jehovah Witnesses.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Leona Frederick; eight daughters, Mrs. Alma Smith, Mrs. Pauline Barlow and Mrs. Ruby Rea, all of Webb City; Mrs. Nadine Hatton of Kansas City, and, Mrs. June Boyd, Miss Viola Fredrick,Miss Bonnie Fredrick and Miss Patty Fredrick, all of the home; four sons, Harry Fredrick of Waco, Paul Fredrick of Joplin, Floyd Fredrick and Clifford Fredrick of Webb City; two brothers, Harry Fredrick of Oklahoma and, Joel Fredrick of California; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Barron of Anderson and Mrs. Annis Curtis of Oilton, Οkla, and 31 grandchildren.
Fυneral arrangements will be announced by the Johnston-Arnce-Simpson mortuary of Webb City. [Joplin Globe]

Son of General Perry Fredrick and Polly Jane Fredrick. Bert Fredrick, Husband of Leona Bailey, per death certificate. Bert died of a clot on the heart a few days after being thrown from a fender he was riding on and being struck in the chest by the door of the truck

Bert met Leona in Christie, Adair, Oklahoma when he was a boarder with the Bailey family and they were married later that year in Arkansas.
