He is survived by his parents, Springville; his brothers and sister, Matt Shockley, Ian Shockley, Mark Shockley, Jeff Shockley, Janette Shockley; grandparents, Helen Christensen, Ogden; Bob and Betty Shockley, Pleasant Grove; many aunts and uncles, and cousins.
