STANTON, WILLIAM "TOMMY" - age 59, of Knoxville, TN, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2011. Preceded in death by parents, Harold and Lucy Guinn Stanton; brothers, John and Jim Stanton; sister, Marion Stanton; and brothers-in-law, Francis Craig and Jim Palmer. Survived by sister, Betty Palmer of Georgia, sister, Jackie Craig of Maryville and sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Rush Phillips of GA; and sister-in-law, Kathy Stanton of Knoxville; and very best friend, Linda Dunseth of Knoxville, Tennessee; and nieces and nephews and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 6, 2011 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Hwy. Family and friends will meet at Berry Funeral Home on Friday, October 7, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. to go in procession to the Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, John Sevier Hwy., for a 1:30 p.m. graveside service.
